Yes. Every policy on this site is written, priced and carried by Wasit Insurance. When you buy from us, your contract is with us, and the money behind your cover is ours.
Call our claims line or open a claim in your account. You will be given a claim number immediately and the name of the person handling it. Our claims team is available at any hour, including public holidays.
Motor claims settle in 48 hours on average once we have the documents. Home and travel claims usually take three to five working days. Larger property and liability claims need an assessor visit, and we will give you a date for that within one working day.
You can adjust cover, add a driver or family member, or change your excess at any point in the year. We recalculate the premium for the remaining term and either charge or refund the difference. There is no administration fee for changes made online.
Wasit Insurance is a licensed insurer supervised by the insurance regulator in each market we operate in. Our licence number and the regulator for your country appear on every policy document and in the footer of this page.
For a first price, just your contact details and what you want to insure. Documents come later, once you decide to go ahead. We will not ask for identification or payment details to show you a premium.
